Why Introverts is seen as a Better Entrepreneur than Extroverts?
Introvert-extrovert podcast on GET HEALTHY 360 has already shared the key traits of both personalities. However, a question does pop-up in everyone’s mind – who happens to be a better entrepreneur? Is it introvert? Or, is it an extrovert?
An introvert is remarked as a person who thinks before speaking and recharges with solitude. Extroverts, on the other hand, are socialistic and outward-focused. They love to be gregarious and accept changes easily. Although both of them share traits required to be a successful entrepreneur, introverts happen to be far more prosperous than extroverts because of the following reasons:
(a) Introverts are realistic and focus on strength. If you ask introvert – what kind of business you’d like to start, you’ll get a concise response. They are very much focused on how to capitalize on strengths; they thoroughly research the market, and stringently invest in multiple business settings. In short, being an introvert is a considerable asset rather than a liability.
(b) They are capable of handling criticism. Introverts like to be undervalued, and if someone criticizes his/her work, that eventually gives him/her a space to become even better. An introvert clearly knows that the final piece of greatness lies in being able to withstand criticism without getting offended. So if introverts and extroverts strive for the same goal followed by criticism, introverts are very much likely to win.
(c) Introvert know how to walk along. One of the most exceptional traits of introverts is that they know how to walk alone and make their way. However, this doesn’t declare that introverts don’t work well in a team. Introverts happen to be the best man for the job and quite a dominant player in their area of expertise. Their expertise guides others to achieve common goals.
(d) Introverts don’t intend to dominate. Introverts habitually prefer to indulge in a creative discussion and give their own thoughts. However, their verdicts are not impulsive, and they know how to win it big. They examine the situation, happen to be a great leader, and always look for the best possible solution to the problem. Besides, employees love working with introverted bosses, managers & leaders.
The world welcomes introverted entrepreneurs with an open heart. We hope this blog has encouraged you to change the very face of the business world. For more Introvert-extrovert podcasts, do stop by at GetHealthy360.com
