William Pullen – Dynamic Running Therapy (Podcast)

Mr. Pullen became famous through his TED talk, where he explained how running helped him address his own mental health challenges.  His book, Run for Your Life, is a thorough investigation into this new form of mindfulness.  

Mr. Pullen has developed a Smatphone App, aptly named DRT, which helps guide the user along several different mindfulness meditation exercises.
